  • Do I need a desktop, a CRM, or any training?
    No. DealerStack was built for the showroom floor — every critical action (add vehicle, upload photo, publish, mark sold) works on a mobile browser. If you can take a photo and send a WhatsApp, you can run your stock on DealerStack.
  • What happens after the free trial?
    We're in beta. While we're in beta it's free with up to 40 vehicles, no card. When paid plans launch, founding dealers get 30 days' notice and a grandfathered pricing offer before any billing starts. Never a surprise charge.
  • Can I use my own domain?
    Every dealership gets a free subdomain at yourslug.dealerstack.co.za from day one — fast, credible, and it never expires. Custom domains (petersinmotors.co.za → your DealerStack site) are on the public roadmap and will be a paid add-on.
  • What if I don't have professional photos yet?
    One phone photo per car is enough to go live. Buyers care about the price, mileage, and that you reply on WhatsApp — not studio photography. You can re-shoot later as stock turns over, and DealerStack tells you which cars buyers are actually tapping on so you know where to invest in better photos.
  • Can I take my stock and data with me if I leave?
    Yes. Your stock, photos, and lead log belong to you — always. We'll provide a one-click export (CSV + photo ZIP) when that tool ships; in the meantime, every dealer gets a direct line to us if you need your data out.
  • What about AutoTrader, Cars.co.za, or Facebook Marketplace?
    Use both. DealerStack is your own credible address and WhatsApp funnel — the other places drive volume and charge per listing. Most of our pilot dealers run both: classifieds for reach, DealerStack for direct leads on cars they actually want to sell.
